Ramadan Appeal
Hunger is still one the biggest problems in the world. Today, 1 in 9 people worldwide will go to bed on an empty stomach. But your generosity means that one less child will be at risk of starvation tonight.
Ending Hunger Together
Muslims are encouraged to give charity and help those less fortunate throughout the year, especially during Ramadan. It is a time to renew the bonds of our Ummah – through Zakat and Sadaqah and reach as many people as possible.
The Prophet (saw) said,
- “None of you (truly) believes until he loves for his brother that which he loves for himself”.
- “The believer’s shade on the Day of Resurrection will be his charity”.
